We are seeking a versatile and creative Game Artist with a solid foundation in 2D design and concept art to enhance our game's visual experience. Expertise in industry-standard project management tools and artistic software, such as Figma, ProCreate, and Adobe Creative Suite, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
-Create 2D game assets, including character designs, backgrounds, and props, ensuring alignment with the game's artistic vision. -Develop concept art to visualize the overall aesthetics of characters and environments, maintaining narrative consistency. -Adapt to various art styles to meet the needs of different game genres, including cartoon, realistic, and stylized designs. -Design marketing materials, including game posters and promotional graphics for campaigns. -Collaborate with game designers, developers, and fellow artists for seamless artwork integration. -Utilize project management tools like Trello or Jira to maintain organization and meet project deadlines. -Employ design software, such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, to produce high-quality assets. -Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance art quality and workflows. Responsibilities: Designs and develops multimedia solutions and materials in collaboration with other content creators, adhering to project timelines and developing and posting content for a specified unit in support of visually and contextually communicating messages aligned with unit strategy. 60% Conceptualizes, plans, designs, and executes multimedia solutions for a specific work unit that may be used through various platforms in collaboration with stakeholders and other content creation staff 15% Contributes to the development of communication, event, and marketing materials to fit into the overall strategy of the work unit 5% Tracks and manages timelines and deliverables related to communication projects 5% Directs operational activities for multiple communication platforms and posts content within a work unit that may include websites, social media, written/illustrative communications, and online tools 10% Develops communication, event, and marketing strategies and materials to align with the overall work unit strategic initiative 5% Develops and facilitates trainings for staff and customers regarding technology options and best practices
