The VP will also be tasked with overseeing the outreach and engagement process, building and maintaining strong relationships with industry representatives, and leading a team to manage the full lifecycle of artist partnerships. Applicants for the VP of Artist and Entertainment Partnerships role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in talent partnerships, business development, or related roles in media and entertainment. A deep understanding of passionate fandoms and a strong network of contacts in relevant fields is essential.
