Traveling Community Manager
CLASSIFICATION: Full-time, Exempt, Benefits Eligible
COMPENSATION: $55,000 - $70,000 Depending on experience, Ability to earn performance bonuses

POSITION SUMMARY: The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Traveling Community Manager would help provide additional coverage and assist properties with reaching all operational and financial goals. The Traveling Community Manager will report to Redstone's National Director of Leasing.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on-site, which involves managing the property to the approved operating budget
Travel when needed to local and out-of-state properties
Oversee the lease-up of properties
Collect rent and manage delinquency
Temporarily fill vacancies in Community Manager roles when necessary
Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
Provide training for team members and conduct weekly team meetings
Create a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residents
Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources
Promote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and ongoing job performance evaluations
Work collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS: 3+ years of property management experience required in student housing or multifamily property management
Ability to use and quickly learn technology - Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management, and dashboarding software
Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions
Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plus
Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing a budget, P&L ownership
Team Player - able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed
"Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience is required.
