Creator Growth Lead - Gaming, TikTok LIVE Job at TikTok in Los Angeles

Responsibilities
Grow TikTok LIVE's book of business for gaming related LIVE content creators via sourcing, recruiting, onboarding high potential creator talent to the TikTok LIVE ecosystem.
Hands on manage and drive growth for high potential gaming TikTok LIVE content creators.
Develop short and long term strategy, initiatives, and growth programs to drive creator's on platform content creation, monetization, and community building.
Act as the bridge between creators and the TikTok LIVE Operations team to help identify ways to improve the LIVE experience, from product changes to on platform campaign development.
Stay in front of industry trends and provide insights, recommendations, and direction on gaming creator growth strategies.
Lead and program manage key core gaming campaigns and events that support the development of the LIVE gaming creator ecosystem.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
BS/BA and 5+ years of experience working in creator management (UGC content creators and influencers, entertainment celebrities, high profile artists and tastemakers), community management, or partner management with demonstrated ability to grow creator partnership and relationships of all sizes.
Strong understanding of the intricacies of scaled and growth stage creator development in addition to relationship management between platform and creators.
Experience in negotiation and deal making with UGC content creators.
Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
Ability to work independently and time manage multiple sensitive and high profile initiatives.
People management experience with history of developing individual and team level goals / development plans.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep passion for TikTok, mobile entertainment, social media, and popular culture; strong understanding of gaming and gamer entertainment.
Creative mindset and thought process focused on teaching creators how to adjust, grow, and thrive.
Experience in the live streaming space and understanding of live streaming trends.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $130000 - $220000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Our time off and leave plans are: 10 paid holidays per year plus 17 days of Paid Personal Time Off (PPTO) (prorated upon hire and increased by tenure) and 10 paid sick days per year as well as 12 weeks of paid Parental leave and 8 weeks of paid Supplemental Disability.
