User Experience Designer Job at Motion Recruitment in Mountain View

Our client, a well-known accounting and tax software provider, is actively hiring a UX/UI Designer to join their team in Mountain View, CA. This role will be hybrid.

*This is an 8 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays!*

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for designing the end-to-end experiences for various employees experiences. You will be collaborating with product designers, product managers, analysts, researchers, writers, and engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in and analyze extensive user research
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users to develop journey maps
• Leverage iterative prototyping to test concepts and learn from customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual/digital design
• 3-5 years of UX/UI design experience
• Proficient in Figma
