Represent and Shine: Exude confidence and poise when attending meetings.

Progress Trailblazer: Provide regular progress reports on projects, team development, and deliverables.
Mentorship: Develop professional development plans for our staff and provide guidance to help them thrive.
Master of All Trades: Oversee projects, manage design and construction elements, and organize and review plans.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage our project team members on various projects, ensuring their success.
Meeting Maestro: Attend meetings throughout all phases of the project.
Office All-Star: This position is in office management and operations, covering areas such as IT, office equipment, staff events, and educational sessions.
Talent Scout: Join the team in reviewing and interviewing potential new hires.
Documentation Guru: Collaborate with our Project Director to oversee office documentation standards and maintain quality control.
Tech Savvy: Manage IT operations, coordinating with our Project Director, Tech Consultants, and Finance Director.
Business Development Ally: Assist the Business Development Director with proposals related to the projects you lead and others that may benefit from your expertise.
Regulation Watchdog: Stay updated on lighting-related regulations and codes, ensuring our studio remains at the forefront of industry knowledge.
Policy Champion: Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures.
Collaboration Extraordinaire: Collaborate closely with the Principal and other members of the Upper-Level Management Team as needed.
