Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Marketing Associate who is a versatile generalist with hands-on experience in HubSpot. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual capable of managing multiple aspects of marketing operations. From building workflows and analyzing reports to collaborating across teams, you’ll be integral to executing campaigns and initiatives across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
HubSpot Expertise:
- Utilize HubSpot to build and optimize workflows, generate reports, and manage data efficiently.
- Ensure data accuracy and streamline marketing operations through effective use of the platform.
Email Marketing:
- Design and execute engaging email campaigns that align with brand objectives and marketing goals.
- Track performance and optimize email workflows for higher engagement and conversion.
Data Management & Analytics:
- Extract and analyze data from HubSpot and Google Analytics to derive actionable insights.
- Support decision-making by providing detailed reports on campaign performance and marketing metrics.
Campaign Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team on end-to-end campaign execution, including live events, webinars, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate timelines and deliverables to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns.
- Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of integrated marketing efforts.
Marketing Operations Knowledge:
- Leverage knowledge of marketing operations and processes to launch and manage campaigns from inception to completion.
- Assist in managing project timelines, tracking deliverables, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing department by coordinating meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Act as a point of contact for various team members and stakeholders.
Creative Input:
- Proactively contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies, campaigns, and content development.
- Assist in brainstorming sessions and support the development of marketing collateral.
Learning and Growth:
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn about various facets of marketing, with potential to specialize in areas like campaign management, content development, or data analytics over time.
- Be open to feedback and mentorship for personal and professional growth.
Initiative and Drive:
- Take ownership of projects and demonstrate the ability to manage tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role, with hands-on expertise in HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of marketing operations and processes, with experience in launching and managing campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A proactive thinker with a creative mindset and problem-solving approach.
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 (including equity, bonus, and benefits)
