As a Marketing and Events Intern at Worksome, you will play a key role in managing and developing our marketing campaigns with a focus on in-person and virtual events. You will work closely with the marketing team to create event strategies, manage the implementation and execution of campaigns, build and manage an editorial calendar, and drive communications throughout the campaign cycle.
About the job:
- Assist in developing and executing in-person and virtual events to drive participant registrations and provide a great experience.
- Coordinate communications across various channels to maximize campaign reach
- Manage operational activities
- Assist in the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and paid media.
- Help manage and optimize our marketing automation tool (HubSpot) by setting up lists, workflows, emails, and landing pages.
- Support the cleansing, segmentation, and analysis of marketing data to ensure high-quality lead lists and database accuracy.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using available tools, including Hubspot, GA4, LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaign planning and execution.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with an eye for detail.
- Prior internship experience in event planning is a plus.
- Greater NYC-located for bi-monthly in office meetings is ideal, but not required.
