POSITION SUMMARY: This full-time position will ensure the successful execution of marketing efforts and sales support across all brands, our three lines of business, and our global network product. The Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day tasks completed by team members, agencies, and vendors, acting as a project manager while working with the Creative Design & Production Specialist to meet deadlines and maintain brand standards. This position will also proactively anticipate needs from other departments and coordinate efforts to fulfill them in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Project Management: Oversee the successful completion of multiple projects with competing deadlines, ensuring efficient workflow and timely delivery. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets, ensuring all projects align with strategic goals. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of projects are aligned and executed smoothly. Create risk assessment plans to address potential project challenges proactively. Marketing Campaign Deployment & Reporting: Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports on performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement. Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign effectiveness and engagement. Manage the content calendar to ensure timely deployment of coordinated marketing initiatives. Collaborate with analytics teams to refine reporting processes and establish KPIs for future campaigns. Ensure the website is up to date, uses SEO best practices, GA4 is set up properly and any updates that need to be made. Branding Consistency Across All Touchpoints: Ensure that brand standards are met across all marketing channels and materials. Conduct regular brand audits to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity. Collaborate with the design team to create and update brand guidelines. Maintain SOPs for social media account usage, property acquisition and marketing, etc. Create Demand Generation for All Lines of Business: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the marketing efforts for The Maimon Group vacation rentals, the LPMS global network, our Events business, and homeowner growth. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities. Create customer engagement initiatives to enhance loyalty and retention. Work with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales objectives and tools. Supervise Production of Merchandise and Printed Materials: Work with the Creative Design & Production specialist to oversee the development and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring quality and brand alignment. Collaborate with external vendors for cost-effective production and distribution. Ensure all materials are compliant with brand guidelines and legal requirements. Back-End Tech Coordination: Ensure accurate tracking of data across platforms; vet analytics reports for precise insights. Collaborate with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and optimize CRM systems. Train team members on CRM best practices and usage. Manage data integrity initiatives to ensure accurate audience segmentation and targeting. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry. Strong experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar), with a solid understanding of technical features and business benefits. Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of driving successful content marketing campaigns that contribute to lead generation and customer retention. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). Experience in a travel or hospitality marketing environment is a plus. Key Competencies: Strong project management skills and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
