Role Overview:

As a Marketing Strategist and Analyst on our Government Outreach team, you will be instrumental in fostering relationships with key NJ state departments, including Police, Fire, Municipal, and Public Works. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and build relationships with new and existing clientele, develop and implement new marketing strategies, and analyze data and success rates of different marketing campaigns while also conducting outreach calls/emails to schedule information sessions. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Cold Calls: Reach out to various NJ state departments to establish connections and schedule informational sessions.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key contacts within these departments to foster collaboration and trust.
• Implement New Marketing Strategies: Develop new strategies to increase success of marketing efforts and create new campaigns. (email campaigns, B2B, Sponsorship Opportunities, attending events/conferences, direct and indirect marketing ideas, field marketing strategies, etc)
• Participate in Strategy Meetings: Engage in weekly discussions to evaluate performance, share insights, and refine outreach strategies.
• Collaborate with Field Marketers: Work closely with our field team to ensure seamless execution of information sessions that resonate with attendees.
• Track Outreach Efforts: Analyze campaign results/marketing data to ensure an upward trend.
• Achieve Goals: Consistently meet and exceed outreach and targets, contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Lead Generation: Acquire new leads for the marketing team to close through individual research.
