We are expanding our outreach and are looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
Role Overview:
As a Marketing Coordinator in our Government Outreach team, you will play a crucial role in building relationships with key NJ state departments, including Police, Fire, Municipal, Public Works, and more. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to schedule information sessions, where our field marketers can present our life-saving programs and secure preregistrations. This is not just a sales job; it’s an opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of those who serve our community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to various NJ state departments, including Police, Fire, Municipal, and Public Works, to set up informational sessions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts within these departments. - Participate in weekly meetings to discuss performance, progress, goals, and strategy.
- Collaborate with field marketers to ensure successful execution of information sessions.
- Track and report on outreach efforts and session scheduling.
- Consistently meet and exceed outreach and scheduling goals.
