Job Summary:
The Marketing Director is responsible for all Marketing and communication activities.
1. Develop and implement the company’s marketing, communication and branding strategies
2. Market size and analysis including competitor analysis
3. Value proposition and pricing strategy (elasticity)
4. Develop with Sales growth plans for current offerings (Bookings, market share, investment
required & action plan)
5. Explore and propose potential new products, services and acquisition targets
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Social media and publications, trade shows and client handouts/communications
- Lead the implementation of the FOX integration strategy as new companies are acquired
- Develop company presentation and maintain inventory of all websites
- Perform detailed market analyses, develop products’ portfolio versus market needs
- Develop entitlement models for our products and services based on installed base
- Maintain company website updated and develop intranet for internal communication
- Develop business plan and geographic locations based on market size and accessibility

- Comfortable working on a small team with broad responsibilities

- Interest in and general knowledge of the field of turbomachinery applications
- Strong strategic background as well as passion for networking and making complex structures

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- English Language fluency
- Computer & MS Office proficiency
- Knowledge of rotating equipment and turbomachinery preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
- Able to work flexible hours on occasion to support international client calls
Experience and Education:
- A university degree is required. Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Business Development,
- Communication and/or Marketing is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas or renewable business is required
