About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Firm in achieving its marketing goals. Your major end result will be to assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies that will increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the marketing committee through its chairperson to ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's overall objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company by helping to create and implement effective marketing campaigns. This is a full-time Monday-Friday in-office hourly position in our Las Vegas office,
Principal duties and responsibilities include:
- Managing the Firm’s social media accounts, creating and editing content, and providing monthly analytics reports, including strategic feedback to improve our efforts.
- Reviewing and revising external Firm communications, including announcements, articles, and newsletters.
- Updating the Firm website via our CMS (WordPress), ensuring consistency and upholding brand standards.
- Maintaining Firm mailing lists used for marketing campaigns and distribution of other firm news.
- Coordinating Firm events and webinars, managing logistics from start to finish, including post-event follow-up.
- Managing firm merchandise including procurement, custody, and distribution.
- Working with attorneys on developing their LinkedIn profile.
- Working with the Marketing Committee to identify opportunities to engage with clients/prospects, and proactively motivating attorneys to pursue these opportunities.
- Actively participate as a member of the Legal Marketing Association to stay informed of new trends in the legal industry.
- Developing meaningful metrics to drive business development planning and measure results to provide valuable feedback to the firm’s shareholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school graduation or equivalent AND 3 years of recent relevant experience in marketing or communications in the legal or other professional services industry.
- Strong technical skills including Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Xd), MS Office/365, CRM, CMS and others
- Very comfortable with social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, LinkTree, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent writer with solid proofreading and editing proficiency
- Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize
- Exceptional attention to detail and solid follow-up skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work with little direct supervision in a collaborative environment and be able to develop professional relationships with department members, attorneys, and Firm staff
Pay and Benefits: Highly competitive pay and benefits. Actual base pay depends on experience.
