JOB OVERVIEW: We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Residential Sales & Marketing Manager to join our Mr. C Corporate Services team in Miami, Florida. This role involves providing multifaceted support across sales and marketing initiatives for hotel and residential developments, including marketing strategy, sales support, multi-channel marketing management, content creation, website design, and public relations efforts. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and execute a Marketing Strategy Campaign, focusing on target audience identification, for the purpose of driving condominium sales. Manage and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including content creation for printed and digital collateral and event-based promotion, scheduling of events, and analysis of performance metrics. Curate and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, maintaining a consistent brand voice and identity. Support content creation for marketing collateral, including but not limited to the supervision of photoshoots, managing mood board creation from social media partners, blog posts, articles, graphics, and videos. Assist in website design and maintenance, ensuring a user-friendly experience and up-to-date content. Contribute to public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, fostering media relationships, and coordinating promotional activities. Update and enhance marketing presentations, ensuring they reflect current branding, messaging, and the latest data and insights. Offer continuous sales support to real estate agents and owner/developer marketing teams, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are aligned with sales goals and brand expectations. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven experience in marketing roles, either in a support or leadership position, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, content creation, website management, public relations, and presentation design. Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Canva, Keynote, etc.) with the ability to create visually appealing and informative presentations. Strong attention to detail and ability to translate complex information into compelling visual stories. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
