Responsibilities include:

  • Participates in marketing strategy development across all lines of business and manages the tactical execution of the marketing plan.
  • Manages social media profiles: Creates ideas for posts & videos, records & edits videos, creates a content calendar, uploads and schedules all posts and responds to comments across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and X as appropriate.
  • Manages HubSpot CRM system: Acts as Super Admin, creates and programs email campaigns, lists, workflows and forms.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and marketing data.
  • Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
  • Writes and/or edits monthly blog posts and newsletters.
  • Maintains company marketing collateral: Designs and/or engages a designer to develop one-pagers, proposals, promotional materials and maintains inventory of all collateral. Plans logistics of events and trade shows.
  • Manages customer satisfaction program.
  • Researches and understands the competitive landscape, using this information to inform all marketing tactics.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications.



Qualifications/Skills

  • Digital marketing management knowledge and experience including social media, content creation, advertising, SEO, & email marketing.

Education and Experience

  • Experience in digital marketing, particularly within the aviation industry
  • Managing social media accounts, CRM systems, email marketing campaigns, content creation, and/or online advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience identifying target audiences and designing digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools
