ETS is looking for a highly motivated social media and content marketing expert with 10+ years of experience to help deliver best-in-class owned (and some paid) social media for the ETS corporate brand and sub-brands (ETS Research Institute and ETS Solutions) as well as constantly setting the standard for ETS's brand teams, regional teams, local markets as part of the corporate Center of Excellence. The role will be responsible for working with the team on strategy, planning, execution, and reporting results to management.
This role reports to the Executive Director, Integrated Marketing Channels and has two direct reports.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand ETS's new brand positioning, portfolio and bring this to life through all corporate social to keep and expand on the momentum of ETS's recent brand repositioning.
Create and manage the execution of ETS's owned/organic platform strategy. Have a strong point of view on how we grow and expand our presence on each channel and really connect with our audiences.
Ability to closely collaborate with the AVP Global Brand & Marketing Excellence, Executive Director Integrated Marketing Channels, and cross-functional teams to ideate and execute the social strategy (including channel strategy, persona, tone and KPIs) and leverage results internally for monthly and quarterly reports.
Thoroughly understand ever-evolving social marketing landscape and liaise with Creative Strategy team on corporate guidelines, best practices and the evolution of ROI
Provide best in class leadership as part of global Center of Excellence through leading by example on Corporate Brand to support global brand teams, regional teams, and local markets on the brand's social strategy, insights and best practices to help them upskill and best collaborate.
Be able to excite and motivate internal teams with compelling storytelling on the role social plays in driving the brand and business units.
Liaise with agencies in developing social and content programming
Manage two direct reports on social media and content.
SKILLS
Proven change-maker. You've got ideas and make them happen.
Skilled at cultivating relationships with internal and external partners and cross-functional teams
High level of organizational and project management skills.
Ability to focus and work under pressure, with the ability to prioritize and handle a variety of projects simultaneously.
Beauty, CPG, Tech experience is preferred
Experience managing agencies and vendors
Ability to manage budgets accurately
Expert in social media landscape
Strong analytic skills. Experience with social tools like Sprout, Sprinklr is a plus
Collaborative spirit and ability to work cross-functionally with many different teams on projects
Strong interpersonal skills (written—especially PowerPoint—and oral)
Strong appreciation for our mission and brand
Must be professional, energetic and have a positive attitude
Creative thinking a must
Ability to travel for work outside of NJ, e.g. to events, conferences, agencies.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience required

10+ years' experience in social media marketing for a brand (in-house or agency)
