Bilingual, Social Media Marketing Manager Job at LHH in Chicago

LHH is recruiting ASAP for a bilingual (English/Spanish), Social Media Marketing Manager for one of our clients in the food manufacturing industry in Chicago, IL.

Location: Onsite - Chicago, IL

Compensation: Up to $75K based on experience

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Journalism, Communications, or similar.
• 5+ years of social media marketing in the consumer goods, food manufacturing, or retail industries.
• Advanced communication and organizational skills in English and Spanish. Candidate must be bilingual
• Experienced developing and posting content on social media platforms.
• Advanced understanding of brand aesthetics and eye for engaging content
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Cupcut, and Canva.
• Proficiency in using social media management and SMS marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, SMS marketing platforms, etc.)
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Microsoft Office and Mailchimp.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance using data and report on KPIs and ROI.
