LHH is hiring: Director of Marketing in Chicago

LHH is recruiting immediately for a full-time, Director of Marketing for one of our industry leading clients in the Financial Services industry.

Location: Company HQ is in Chicago. Role may be 100% remote. Some domestic travel will be required.

Compensation: Up to $170K based on experience

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Journalism, Communications or similar.

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing in the financial services industry including strategy, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns.

• 5+ years of experience developing, coaching, and growing marketing teams.

• Knowledge and familiarity with a variety of digital and social media platforms.

• Experience leading through organizational growth and change management.

• Demonstrated experience working and information sharing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with HubSpot

• Ability to use Google Suite and Slack

• Desire and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment where initiatives and goals may change. Adaptability and flexibility is needed.
