The Internship Program:

This Internship opportunity is for SPRING SEMESTER 2025 (January - May). KMOV and Great Day St. Louis have Internships available in various departments. Students will rotate through a variety of roles in each department.

As a paid intern, you won't sit and watch someone else doing their job. Gray's intern program is an immersive experience where you serve as a valued team member to our award-winning teams.

With 113 television stations across the U.S., Gray Media offers an unprecedented opportunity for students to learn an area of broadcast expertise from seasoned professionals in the business. Whether your interest involves news, production, sales, marketing, or engineering, our stations become a hands-on learning environment for Gray Media interns. Intern rate of pay can range from minimum wage in your state to $15 an hour.

Qualifications/Requirements:

•Be currently enrolled in a college/university (preferred Junior/Senior)
•Strong work ethic, and organizational skills
•Earning a degree in Journalism/Communications, News, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields, with a desire to get hands-on experience in the broadcasting & digital field. We give preference to Juniors or Seniors who have taken some related coursework.
