Compensation: $85,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)

We believe in creating opportunities and transforming lives, and we're looking for a dynamic PR and Marketing Manager to join our team to help us amplify our impact.

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced PR and Marketing Manager to lead our public relations, marketing communications, and social media initiatives. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our visibility, promote our programs, and engage our audience effectively. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for social impact and a talent for storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Attain a strong understanding of each of our programs nationwide.
  • Find innovative ways to spotlight our impact based on strategic priorities to bring both local and national attention to our programs.
  • Manage and grow our presence on various social media platforms, including content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee the production of all marketing materials, including brochures, press releases, email campaigns, and digital content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Organize and coordinate public relations activities, including media outreach and press events.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and PR efforts to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay current with market trends, media landscape, and best practices in PR and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in PR, marketing, or a related role, preferably in social impact organization.
  • Understanding of the public policy landscape and grants-based organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that deliver measurable results.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
