This company is in search of a Group Account Director of PR & Partnerships (Open to VP and SVP level as well) who will lead, strategize, and amplify integrated media campaigns and partnership programs, especially in the fashion and beauty spaces. The Role:

• Build and maintain senior client relationships to enhance profitability, achieve client goals, and promote best practices and organic growth.
• Design and execute integrated media campaigns and cross-functional partnership programs that resonate, especially within the fashion and beauty industries.
• Develop client strategies that are deeply rooted in audience insights and deliver on multi-channel objectives, including award-winning programs across PR, social media, experience production, and strategy.
• Lead and inspire direct reports and cross-disciplinary project teams, creating a collaborative environment that supports communication, strategic thinking, and professional growth.

The ideal candidate:

• 10+ years of experience in media relations, with expertise in fashion and beauty.
• Strong background in client relations and integrated partnership programs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, organization, and communication abilities.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering innovative client experiences.

Position Title: Account Director /VP of PR & Partnerships

Location: New York, NY

Workplace Type: Hybrid

Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 (flexible for right background)
