Robert Half is hiring: User Experience (UX) Researcher in Menlo Park

Our FinTech client is looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher to join them remotely for 40hr/wk, 6 months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively and independently identify high-impact questions 
• Answer those questions with a strong command of qualitative and quantitative methods, using the right methods at the right time and triangulating multiple sources of data 
• Plan and lead research end to end — including strategic, foundational, iterative, and evaluative research 
• Represent the voice of the user throughout the whole product development process, working closely with PMs, designers, engineers, and leadership
• Experience in consulting/vendor-side research or client-side company experience 
• Strong communication skills and ability to present findings effectively 
• Clearly communicate your research insights in a compelling and memorable way

• 3-5 years of qualitative research experience; it can either be industry-only, or a combination of industry experience and academic research 
• Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Anthropology, Sociology, or similar 
• Experience with Figma testing
• Record of applying your research skills to build product and business impact 
• Passion for investing and making finance accessible to all
