A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SERVICE WRITER

In this important role, your day begins with engaging in various tasks, including sales, service coordination, and estimating. You provide top-notch customer service to fleet managers and small business owners, ensuring their vehicles receive timely and efficient maintenance and repairs. Responsibilities include coordinating roadside assistance, scheduling in-shop repairs, and tracking vehicle maintenance, all aimed at keeping Southern Oregon's fleet vehicles operating smoothly.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SERVICE WRITER

• 5+ years of service writing experience in general repair shops
• Has been with an organization for a length of time
• Looking for something a little different
• Lives within 30 minutes of our location (preferred)

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

This full-time position is located in White City, OR, with a typical work schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM. You will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery!
