Key Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
Conduct variance analysis on financial data.
Assist with inventory accounting and costing, specific to the manufacturing industry.
Prepare tax filings and ensure timely payment of obligations.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve financial reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting principles.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
