Onsite position Job Summary We are looking for someone to work on our team responsible for running weekly payrolls for our field employees. The candidate will perform duties that require an understanding of payroll, benefits, company policies, systems, and procedures with a strong level of customer service. Duties/Responsibilities
Process payroll on a weekly basis through ADP for all field employees
Uphold confidentiality of individual and staff information.
Maintain accurate records of employee hours, wages, and deductions
Prepare and submit certified payroll reports as required
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues
Assist with payroll-related reporting and audits
Collaborate with HR and accounting departments to ensure payroll accuracy
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or CPP (Certified Payroll Professions) preferred.
Experience - 2-4 years' experience in payroll processing, garnishments, and payroll taxes minimum.
Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office Suite
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong understanding of certified payroll processes and requirements preferred
Experience working within ADP payroll systems.
