Key Responsibilities:
Perform monthly general ledger reconciliations for cash accounts, fixed assets, AP & AR accounts, and FET payable.
Assist in month-end and year-end close routines.
Support annual audits for banks, general insurance, workers' compensation, and taxes.
Reconcile monthly credit card statements and ensure accurate entry into GP.
Prepare Sales & Use tax returns for multiple locations.
Back up the Controller in daily postings across Sales, Inventory, Purchasing, and AP modules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA preferred.
5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
