The Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting KraveBeauty’s marketing team with 360-degree campaigns across channels including social media, influencer, public relations, digital, and retail. This person will collaborate with multiple cross-functional partners including Brand Marketing, Social, PR, and the Site and Email leads to ensure that marketing is implemented flawlessly. The primary objective of the role will be to provide support across the entire marketing team while reinforcing KraveBeauty’s brand positioning and mission to acquire and engage new and existing consumers, and drive sales across channels. This is the ideal role for someone who is looking to explore multiple aspects of marketing, from social to influencer to general brand marketing. Your Role & Responsibilities at KraveBeauty: Support the marketing team to drive seasonal integrated marketing plans while working with cross-functional partners to bring brand strategies and priorities to life across all customer touchpoints. Assist with ad hoc projects as they arise. Work in close partnership with the Director of Marketing to build the briefs and marketing concepts and ensure campaigns are executed across channels in accordance with brand strategies to meet business goals. Assist with influencer campaigns from start to finish including casting, briefs and lookbook creation, processing orders, tracking and reporting, invoice processing, and PO building. Assist the Social Media Manager with content planning, content uploading, engagement, competitive scrape of social channels, and overall growth of social media channels. This could also include content creation. Place and track orders for PR/Media, influencer, and social campaigns. Support coordination and execution of all gifting programs. Assist with execution to support third-party partnerships. Assist with sending orders, content, calendar creation, and more. Participate in and help execute a range of local and digital events, engaging with our community, capturing content, and aiding in the setup/breakdown for sampling opportunities. Assist with any Retail Marketing needs on a global scale, including pulling together assets and deliverables for retail partners (i.e., Sephora) to support growth. Work closely with the Creative team and Director of Marketing to coordinate product and content photoshoots, including shot list development, project and budget management, and the organizing and sharing of assets across the team. Generate weekly and monthly marketing reports highlighting key metrics, takeaways, and optimization recommendations for future campaigns.
