Length of assignment: 6 months

Primary Objective:

Support the ADO Marketing Manager in growing independent eye care practices. Responsible for managing marketing processes, creating marketing collateral, executing plans, driving brand cohesion, and increasing revenue across channels. Analyze and report marketing performance, recommending improvements for success.

Qualifications:

• BA/BS in Marketing with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, data analysis, Microsoft Office, and Adobe design programs (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator preferred).
• Excellent communication and creativity.
• Ability to travel (25%), including occasional weekends. Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and ensure satisfaction of assigned member accounts.
2. Develop and execute strategic marketing plans.
3. Track, analyze, and report ROI of marketing initiatives.
4. Optimize lead generation through email, content, and social media.
5. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns.
6. Coordinate website development, content creation, and branding.
7. Create and customize marketing materials (e.g., ads, social media, SEO, promotions).
8. Assist with public relations and community outreach.
9. Maintain compliance with company policies and HIPAA regulations.
