Objective:

Support Marketing Account Managers by coordinating and executing marketing and advertising strategies for clients, ensuring projects are completed on time and align with client objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily marketing operations, including digital ads, content creation, social media, communications, and websites.
  2. Track and report marketing campaign results, recommending improvements as needed.
  3. Stay updated on marketing best practices and deliverables.
  4. Participate in client meetings, providing updates on timelines, deliverables, and results.
  5. Ensure client satisfaction by aligning deliverables with strategies and brand guidelines.
  6. Assist in developing detailed marketing plans, timelines, and budget tracking.
  7. Maintain professional conduct, organize workspaces, and comply with company policies.
  8. Provide training and guidance for junior employees and attend relevant training sessions.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience (1+ years).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Asana, Salesforce, MailChimp, WordPress, and similar tools.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel as needed (valid driver’s license required).
