About the Role
We are seeking a talented and driven Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in website design, HubSpot, graphic design, social media and video editing to create compelling marketing materials and execute targeted email campaigns. This role will be central to our brand’s digital presence, driving engagement, refining our online communication strategies and enhancing customer interactions through high-quality design and precision-targeted marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Website Design and Management:
- Design and manage our company website, ensuring it remains visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to update website content, optimize landing pages, and implement SEO strategies.
HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation:
- Manage and utilize HubSpot to create, monitor, and optimize email campaigns, workflows, and customer segmentation.
- Leverage HubSpot’s features to track and analyze user engagement and improve marketing strategies.
Email Marketing and Campaigns:
- Design, write, and execute targeted email blasts and newsletters to reach our investor, partner, and client networks.
- Analyze engagement metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Graphic Design and Marketing Material Creation:
- Design high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, pitch decks, social posts, and more, using your expertise in Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
- Maintain a cohesive brand aesthetic and ensure all materials align with our company’s messaging and goals.
Social Media:
- Support social media content creation and scheduling, focusing on visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.
- Assist in developing occasional posts for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
Video Production and Editing:
- Edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, website content, Podcast and social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.
- Utilize advanced editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Cap Cut or similar software to craft compelling visual narratives.
- Incorporate motion graphics, animations, and sound design to enhance video production value.
Data Analysis and Strategy Refinement:
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns, website traffic, and other marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to refine strategies, enhance engagement, and drive conversions.
Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in website design, email marketing, HubSpot management, and graphic design.
- Experience in social media content creation is a plus but secondary.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
Skills:
- Proficiency in website design and management, with a strong understanding of SEO principles.
- Expertise in HubSpot, including CRM management, email marketing, and automation.
- Strong graphic design skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent writing and communication skills for creating compelling email and marketing content.
- Analytical skills to track and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and creativity.
