About this Role:
The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is proficient in HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, HTML, CSS, and has a strong eye for graphic design. They should be well-versed in email marketing best practices, including A/B testing, segmentation, personalization, and automation, to drive optimal results. Additionally, strong copywriting skills are essential to develop engaging and persuasive content that resonates with our audience and drives conversions.
About You:
- Portfolio of Past Email Design
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in email marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in HubSpot Marketing Hub, HTML, and CSS.
- Demonstrated graphic design skills with a strong sense of branding, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent copywriting skills with a proven track record of creating compelling marketing content.
- Solid understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, compliance, and data privacy regulations.
- Experience with email A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analytics.
- Experience in project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work remote, both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns that align with our brand strategy and goals, utilizing HubSpot’s Marketing Hub.
- Design visually compelling email templates and optimize them for a responsive, mobile-friendly experience.
- Create, code, and test emails in HTML and CSS, ensuring compatibility across major email clients and devices.
- Write clear, persuasive, and engaging copy for email campaigns, ensuring consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging.
- Build automated workflows and drip campaigns.
- Maintain and update segmented lists, and perform A/B testing to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and reporting to improve engagement metrics and achieve KPIs.
- Work closely with the team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, email regulations, and emerging trends to continually enhance our email marketing strategy.
