Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media & Content Creation: Manage our Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts to enhance brand visibility and generate leads through engaging content.
- Advertising & Listing Marketing: Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies for property listings and direct mail campaigns.
- Email Marketing: Create a weekly e-newsletter and manage effective email drip campaigns to keep our audience informed and engaged.
- Event Planning: Organize client appreciation events, open houses, and community engagement activities that foster relationships and brand loyalty.
- Website Management: Regularly update our website with fresh content and graphics to ensure it reflects our brand and offerings.
- Professional Development: Attend marketing conferences and stay current on industry trends to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
