In search of a versatile and strategic Social Media Strategist to elevate our brand's digital presence. The role is integral to our marketing strategy, requiring a candidate who is not only a social media expert but also a savvy marketer aligned with our business goals. This role calls for a candidate who can independently manage our social media presence while contributing to broader marketing objectives. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative communicator, and an adept analyst, ready to make a significant impact on our brand's digital footprint.
Please note this role is based out of our Corporate HQ in Brookfield, WI four days a week with the option to work remotely on Friday!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and execute social media strategies that align with overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with Millennials and Gen Z, aligning with Novus's mission to demystify home mortgages.
- Create and curate engaging, informative content that simplifies mortgage concepts and processes.
- Manage social media content creation and curation across platforms.
- Oversee social media budget, ensuring cost-effective and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Integrate social media efforts with other marketing channels for a unified approach.
- Uphold brand integrity across social media narratives and interactions.
- Stay ahead of digital trends, innovate, and keep our brand competitive.
- Analyze social media metrics, leveraging insights for strategic adjustments.
- Manage customer feedback and insights on social platforms to inform marketing strategies.
- Handle brand reputation and crisis management on social media.
- Ensure all social media activities are compliant with legal and ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required
- Combination of education and experience will be considered
- Demonstrated experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of content creation, SEO, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proven ability in budget management and data-driven decision-making.
- Knowledge of current social media trends and technologies.
- Familiarity with legal/ marketing compliance- preferred but not required
