SALARY: $100,000-$118,750, bonus and long-term incentive

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Regional Media Manager will support the budgeting, planning, and execution of the Southeast media plans inclusive of Traditional and Digital channels across our Portfolio of brands. He/she/they will work in close contact with region, media team, brands, other cross functional teams (e.g., Experiential, Sponsorship, Data), our media agency and media partners to coordinate media plans, activation, and measurement.
The role requires an individual comfortable who has previously had hands-on experience in all aspects of a media campaign. They should be able to analyze competitive trends, understand consumer insights and unlock key strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate is passionate about getting results but also finding new ways of doing things in the media and marketing space.
The Regional Media Manager needs to clearly communicate priorities, opportunities, guidelines, and rationale of decisions made to both technical and non-technical audiences, through multiple formats (presentations, email, reports, briefings, and face-to-face conversations).

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
- Support the comprehensive media strategy, planning, execution and reporting of all paid media channels inclusive of, but not limited to: Linear TV, direct digital, programmatic, paid social, audio, out-of-home, and print.
- Owner of the budgeting, planning, and execution of the media campaigns supporting iconic brands in the Anheuser-Busch portfolio.
- Collaborate with and communicate strategy and plans to internal Media & Marketing partners, internal Sales teams, external Media agencies & vendors, and wholesaler partners.
- Act as subject-matter guide and thought-leader with the ability to translate strategic objectives of AB brands into local plans that can achieve desired objectives.
- Ensure Media Leads and Managers have insight into how local plans are bringing National campaigns to life in given territory.
- Assist in creative trafficking to ensure all campaigns launch timely with the right fit-for-format assets. Work closely with Media Managers to ensure brand teams know what assets are needed and when.
- Hold Monthly Media Meetings with wholesalers and region team to cascade upcoming plans and investigate into individual subjects from Media 101 to digital/social to e-commerce.
- Adhere to Local Campaign Planning processes to ensure timely delivery of media campaigns.
- Assist wholesalers in planning their budget when needed.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Media planning and or Buying on the agency or client side.
- Experience planning and activating consumer facing marketing campaigns.
- Solid understanding of traditional and digital media platforms and planning principles (buying, content, measurement), marketing mix development, media/campaign evaluation, and brand health tracking.
- Must bring a focused, detailed and principled approach to project management and budget management.
- Ability to motivate change and innovation on brand initiatives to ensure it drives the business toward growth while increasing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Ability to lead and handle parallel projects and work effectively with multiple partners.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical thinking and creative problem solving; excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Consumer packaged goods, food & beverage, or alcohol experience is a plus.
