Social Media Manager Job at Creatives On Call in Louisville

We're seeking a creative and innovative Social Media Manager for a fast-paced, 3+ month temp-hire position in our client's Louisville office. This role is crucial for managing our company's social media presence and creating engaging content for our tech-savvy audience.

Responsibilities

• Manage company social accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X)
• Create and edit content using company-provided tools
• Stay current with social media trends and quickly produce relevant content
• Participate in daily team meetings and report on channel metrics
• Develop and present content concepts
• Produce content based on approved "mini briefs"
• Collaborate with internal clients

Requirements

• Experience in large, matrixed organizations
• Strong independent work ethic
• Proficiency in social media platforms and in-app editing tools
• Ability to work on-site in Louisville, 40 hours/week
• Creative mindset with a proactive approach to content creation
• Excellent communication skills for client-facing interactions
• Familiarity with Sprinklr and similar social media management tools
