As a technology leader in healthcare, our client is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team. This role will be creating professional level training documentation for medical support teams, specifically in relation to product development. This individual will be developing several easily understood manuals for fresh and seasoned users, as well as building training presentations covering that same material. Primary focus will be creating the materials for the product development team.

- Create, edit, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and FAQs.
- Collaborate with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and understand documentation requirements.
- Convert complex technical information into easily understandable text and visual aids for diverse audiences, including end-users and developers.
- Gather required information to create documentation of the following:
- Client-specific implementation documentation
- Update User guide for company technical product Portal
- Presentation materials for company technical product Portal and Provider Portal
- Create training materials for customers on filling out every form utilized for facility, professional, dental, and pharmacy.
- Presentation materials for forms completion for customer and internal rep use
- Documentation for new customers on how to enroll for clearinghouse services, add providers, and remove providers as needed.
- Presentation materials for enrollment/removal
- Documentation for troubleshooting ticketing system
- Presentation materials for ticketing system
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we’re looking for?
- 3+ years of experience in technical writing
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of software development process and terminology
- Professional presentation design background in Word/PFS and PowerPoint
- Strong research skills and the ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Able to simplify complex processes to a basic understanding level.
- A background in healthcare, preferably in insurance claim processing preferred.
- Ability to anticipate general Q&As for individuals utilizing these training materials to build them into the material.
