Serves as a resource to the Brand Team in completing tasks that support brand-building initiatives.

Summary:

Essential Functions:
- Digital Sales & Business Planning
- Leverages consumer databases to execute sales. Owns and updates owned and operated content calendar.
- Tracks and measures A&P for initiatives to meet business goals.
- Leads execution and suggests prioritization planning and execution through cross functionals (web, CRM, social, paid media) and/or outside partners.
- Assists in prioritizing, briefing and approving creative against owned and operated campaigns.
- Suggests content needs and collaborates with brand partners to execute.
- Works with cross-functionals and/or outside vendors to support owned channel opportunities to include website content, online product merchandizing, special promotions and web tracking analysis.
- Supports potential promotion recommendations from partners based on data collected from eCommerce sites and consumer database.
- Leads the relationship between brand and Digital Marketing and serves as the POC.
- Participates in tracking financial progress to help meet revenue goals.
- Follows brand guidelines to ensure owned and operated campaigns are aligned with Brand image.
- Supports content creation across multiple brands and serves as a lead on digital creative output.
- Consumer Events
- Responsible for planning and executing consumer-based events (in-person or virtual) to drive DTC revenue. This includes determining appropriate format, securing location, event planning and logistics, asset creation (i.e., menus, invitations, e-mails, newsletters) and day of set-up and support, as needed.
- Helps to supervise on site events and ensure smooth operations.
- Evaluates events success in increasing awareness and driving custoImer acquisition and retention.
- Maintains satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
- Responsible for understanding and complying with applicable quality, environmental and safety regulatory considerations.
- Master's Degree; OR Bachelor's degree plus 2 year of marketing, sales, business development, or hospitality experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 6 years of marketing, sales, business development, or hospitality experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel up to 25% of the time to support tasting room and brand events.
- Candidate is required to have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record and reliable vehicle (if applicable) at the time of hire. This position will undergo a motor vehicle check (MVR) to confirm a history of safe and responsible driving. If needed, candidate must obtain the appropriate state driver's license based on the position's location within 30 days of hire.
- Required to be 21 years of age or older.
- Required to work flexible schedules to include evenings and weekends (occasional overtime).
- Required to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pound cases of wine.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of marketing, sales, business development or hospitality experience to include digital marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience planning and executing events.
- Business development experience.
- Wine certifications, such as Certified Sommelier or WSET III, and overall knowledge of wine business.
- Wine club management experience.
- Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Experience effectively presenting information and responding to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office applications; Photoshop and/or and InDesign.
- Experience working with WordPress.
- Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Experience defining problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Skilled in interpreting an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
- Experience performing work in accordance with established procedures that are more complex and varied in nature, requiring some evaluation, originality or ingenuity.
- Knowledge of and ability to apply the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures in this field of specialization. •Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of federal and state compliance and shipping regulations related to Wine Club operations.
Compensation
- Hiring Pay Range: $37.07 - $55.63/Hour
- Actual compensation amount paid may be lower or higher to be determined by factors other than race and gender such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
