Develop detailed project plans and schedules, coordinating with all stakeholders to meet construction milestones. Oversee the project's budget, managing costs, expenditures, and procurement while negotiating contracts. Manage daily site activities, ensuring work meets plans and specifications while coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards while implementing safety protocols. Serve as the main client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and presenting progress reports. Identify and address potential issues and risks, developing strategies to keep the project on track and within scope. The Successful Applicant
Commercial construction experience, preferably in the industrial or retail sectors 5+ years in an APM/PM role Estimating experience is a plus! Ability to interact with clients, subcontractors, and vendors Strong written and oral communication skills Passion for construction What's on Offer
Strong base salary (95-115k) dependent on experience Yearly bonus 3+ weeks PTO 401k with comapny match Company sponsored healthcare plan and much more!
