About Our Client
My client is a well-established and respected construction company known for its commitment to excellence, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction. Size : $75M in annual revenue - they are focused on growing through expanding their relationships with existing clients Culture : tight-knit, relaxed, and focused on excellence Headcount: about 20 person company Company Size : about 20 people total Capabilities : design/build (in-house architects) and do carpentry and concrete (self-perform) Project Size : generally between $1M-10M but have done jobs up to $50M Project Variety : corporate offices, warehouses and manufacturing facilities, banks, municipal buildings, historical buildings, light commercial, and smaller healthcare Management Style : based on trust, you run your jobs with minimal outside input but they structures to support you if needed Outlook : strong backlog of projects into 2025 Job Description
Develop project schedules and align with design phases. Manage the full project budget. Collaborate with in-house architects to ensure design feasibility. Communicate design changes to construction teams. Lead construction teams and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Perform quality control inspections. Serve as the client's primary point of contact. Identify and mitigate project risks. Oversee procurement and resource allocation. Manage scope changes and design revisions. Maintain project documentation and report progress to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant
Experience managing a commercial projects greater than $10M in value Degree in construction management or a related field (preferred) Excellent client relation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills What's on Offer
