Summary:

ETS's Praxis division, dedicated to empowering aspiring teachers, is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to define and drive Go-To-Market activities for partners and clients. You will partner closely with Client Success and Product to influence the product roadmap, bring our products to market and drive product success. You are the expert on our customers and are able to translate insights into action. The ideal candidate is able to think big picture while also diving into the details and makes it their mission to ensure we are placing more qualified educators in classrooms nationwide.

The primary business objective of the Product Marketing Manager role is to increase revenue by driving the successful adoption and use of Praxis products by partners and clients. This will be achieved by developing and executing go-to-market strategies that effectively communicate the value proposition of Praxis products, leading to increased customer acquisition and retention. This role also aims to improve customer satisfaction by ensuring that clients have the resources and support needed to effectively utilize Praxis products, contributing to long-term customer relationships and repeat business.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with the client success, sales, business development, and product teams to make strategic recommendations and provide the tools and resources needed to effectively communicate the value of our products.

Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and other sales enablement materials that are clear, consistent, aligned with Praxis brand, and resonate with our personas.

Demonstrate the ability to tell a story to stakeholders (driving the “why” behind the work) based on the customer insights that you pull from the data and aggregate.

Develop the creative strategy & portfolio of assets for the client and customer-facing teams to drive demand and client retention.

Demonstrate a strong command of copywriting and creative judgment, ensuring that all marketing communications are clear, concise, and compelling while also being customer centric.

Able to develop and implement project management strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives by identifying and managing cross-functional dependencies and leading project teams through complex problem-solving and decision-making.

Adhere to ethical standards and comply with laws/regulations applicable to the job function.

Education and Experience:

4+ years of experience in product marketing and/or sales enablement

Experience in the education technology sector and familiarity with K-12 teacher certification processes.
