TikTok E-commerce's Governance & Experience team is a global team responsible for ensuring our marketplace is safe and trustworthy for not only our users, but also sellers and creators. Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and prioritize content risk trends on the platform
- Strategize and develop moderation policies on content and creators, focusing on integrity and quality issues
- Implement and enforce our policies for North America Ecommerce content
- Continuously evaluate, propose, and execute improvements for existing policies and processes
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop effective policy training materials and support optimization of machine learning
- Build requirements and partner with Product to launch solutions that will support policy implementation
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and rapid growth environment
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to be able to work cross-functionally in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in creating content policies. Preferably from e-commerce integrity or social media background
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA degree or above
- A data-driven mindset with basic data skills, SQL and Excel experience preferred
