Team Introduction
Responsible for the development of international e-commerce promotion product capabilities, including but not limited to the planning and design of various promotion tools. This includes the implementation and iteration of promotion tool capabilities in content e-commerce scenarios. The team will also uniformly plan and deliver mid-platform services such as promotion atmosphere, pricing, and promotion calculation sorting.

Responsibilities
-Responsible for building international e-commerce promotion product capabilities, including but not limited to planning and designing various marketing tools and engines. Able to implement and iterate marketing tool capabilities within content e-commerce scenarios, with rigorous logical thinking, mid-platform component-based product thinking, and the ability to plan and deliver unified mid-platform services, including marketing atmosphere, pricing, and calculation sorting.
-Through user research, competitive analysis, business scenarios, and data performance, identify core marketing demands, design marketing tools and strategies, and enhance user awareness and business scale through product innovation, with excellent system experience design capabilities.
-Deeply understand the pain points of operations, merchants, and influencers in marketing. Plan a complete product system across the platform's operation end, merchant end, influencer end, and consumer end. Promote cross-departmental collaboration projects for the platform product to ensure complete product lifecycle management from requirement, design, development to launch, and subsequent iterations.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a full time MBA or related discipline
- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
-Strong result-oriented capabilities, sensitivity to new things, good user empathy, high stress tolerance, ability to quickly adapt to changes, and ability to independently manage product modules with deep business logic.
-Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, outstanding self-drive, and ability to push forward cross-departmental collaboration in complex environments to ensure high-quality project delivery.
-Good professional qualities, including high-quality prototype and document production, proficient in software such as Axure, PPT, and Excel.
-Global experience or global e-commerce experience is preferred.
