About the team

The product marketing team drives results across the entire customer journey, generating awareness, shaping positive perception, driving adoption, and fostering affinity with TikTok Shop's core audiences (Sellers, Creators, Partners, and Shoppers).

Responsibilities:

Campaign Analytics & Attribution
- Develop and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into product marketing campaign performance, including go-to-market (GTM) launches.
- Implement attribution models to assess the effectiveness of different marketing channels and campaigns.
- Regularly report on campaign ROI and key performance indicators (KPI).

Data Mining and Insights
- Use advanced analytics to mine product data and identify trends and patterns.
- Provide actionable insights to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with product teams to refine product offerings based on customer behavior and market trends.

Strategic Decision Support
- Support strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
Thought Leadership and Storytelling
- Develop compelling case studies and presentations that highlight TikTok Shop's success through data.
- Contribute to internal and external content marketing to build our reputation as a thought leader.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with BI tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI for dashboarding and visual analytics.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis.
- Background in data science, statistics, computer science, or related field.
- Proven track record of applying data analysis to solve business problems and drive strategic solutions.
- Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing analytics a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree (related fields preferred: Marketing, Communications, or any similar field).
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams with various stakeholders.
- A deep passion for content and shopping.
