As a PM on the Connected TV team, you will be challenged to drive TikTok Connected TV product strategy, value proposition and growth. You will be responsible for cross-functional project planning, prioritization, execution and communication with key stakeholders. Meanwhile, you will learn and grow in a fast paced environment alongside talented teammates.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the user-end product design of TikTok TV, ensuring optimal user experience.
- Through data analysis and user feedback, uncover the underlying user needs and be able to systematically solve them.
- Deeply understand user scenarios, identify pain points, and design product features, optimize user experience, and promote continuous product innovation and optimization.
- Establish good cross-functional cooperation relationships, work closely with engineers, designers, and data scientists to jointly drive product growth.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification:
- At least 5 years of experience in internet product development. Sensitive to user experience, with strong empathy for users, aesthetic sense, and ability to design user-side interactions;
- Familiar with content products, familiar with the entire link from production to distribution of content, and understand the basic principles of recommendation systems;
- Have independent data analysis ability, and understand basic statistical knowledge;
- Strong logic, able to dig into the essence of things, independent thinking ability and good judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have a business perspective, can formulate business plans according to the different stages of the product, determine the implementation cycle, and complete the task excellently;
- Preferably with prior experience in building apps for TV;
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, strong drive and sense of ownership, and passion for product development.
