The User Growth Department leads our growth efforts for expanding our user base and building our community. We provide strategic growth plans and leverage various marketing, product, and analytical methods to achieve and sustain fast growth.

As a PM on the Connected TV team, you will be challenged to drive TikTok Connected TV product strategy, value proposition and growth. You will be responsible for cross-functional project planning, prioritization, execution and communication with key stakeholders. Meanwhile, you will learn and grow in a fast paced environment alongside talented teammates.

Responsibilities
1. Lead Connected TV's vision, strategy and development
2. Define and analyze metrics that inform product strategy and prioritization
3. Integrate quantitative and qualitative information into product roadmaps
4. Work with Engineering, Design, Content, Distribution to build, test, and grow daily active users and improve product retention

Qualifications

- 3+ years experience in product management, with hands-on experience in UX design. Preferably with prior experience in building apps for TV.
- Solid technical understanding of TV apps and/or the TV app user's journey for video consumption.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, verbal/written communication skills, able to prioritize and make decisions after considering long term and short term business goals.
- Independent and self-motivated, and has a strong sense of ownership.
- Open to take on new and exploratory projects.
- Strong communication skills in both persuasion and presentation.

Preferred qualifications:
- MS, MBA, or PhD in a technology or business-related field.
- 5+ years experience in Product or Design Management, with a focus on software products and technologies.
- Ability to work towards strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment. Track record of successful product delivery from inception to launch.
- Ability to influence multiple stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills; ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends with excellent technical abilities.
