As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new user acquisition for our mobile app (primary) and web.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, data analysts, and external marketing partners to optimize campaigns, maximize user acquisition, and improve conversion rates.
The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the mobile app ecosystem, a track record of successfully scaling user acquisition campaigns, and a passion for driving growth through innovative digital marketing techniques.

Salary: The range in for this position is $115,000-135,000. Actual starting compensation may vary based on geographic location, work experience, and skills.

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute mobile user acquisition strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition across various digital channels, including but not limited to social media advertising, mobile ad networks, influencer marketing, and affiliates
- Campaign management and optimization: Manage end-to-end mobile user acquisition and other digital campaigns, including agency briefing, campaign setup, budget allocation, ad creative development, targeting, bidding, and performance tracking. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and maximize ROI.
- Data analysis and reporting: Analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness. Utilize data insights to identify trends, generate actionable recommendations, and implement optimizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with product managers, designers, and data analysts to optimize app store listings, landing pages, and user onboarding experiences. Collaborate with external marketing partners and agencies to leverage their expertise and expand their reach.
- Coordinate creative assets production leveraging the internal creative team and ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in mobile user acquisition and digital marketing. Proactively identify new opportunities and growth channels to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget management: Manage the mobile user acquisition budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure optimal utilization to achieve business goals.
- Team leadership and mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What You Have:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on mobile user acquisition. Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling mobile user acquisition campaigns, preferably within the mobile app industry.
- In-depth knowledge of mobile app ecosystem: Strong understanding of app store optimization (ASO), mobile ad networks, social media advertising platforms, attribution tracking, and other relevant mobile marketing channels.
- Data-driven mindset: Proficient in analyzing data and using data insights to drive campaign optimizations. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
- Project management skills: you know how to get a get a project across the finish line through meticulous planning and flawless execution
- Autonomous Work: you can work independently, making decisions with minimal supervision, while still achieving high-quality results.
- Collaboration: you excel at work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment where feedback and ideas are shared openly.
- Accountability: you take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, consistently delivering on commitments and taking proactive steps to resolve issues as they arise.
- Creative problem-solving: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and overcome challenges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and campaign performance to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Team player: Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing are a plus.
