Who You Are: An experienced lifecycle marketer with a passion for CPG and 4+ years in the beauty industry capable of working across Email, SMS, Loyalty, and Customer Experience & Insights. You bring demonstrated experience in building and optimizing customer journeys, meeting (and exceeding) KPIs, managing and building segmentation, and have a passion for leveraging data to drive marketing decisions. You’ve worked closely with agency partners to drive brand results and know how to partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize our customer retention and marketing efforts. This role will span across our DTC and B2B lines of business and help Fur delight, retain, and engage our customers.
What You’ll Do:
Strategy:
- Collaborate closely with the VP, Growth to shape and execute on customer acquisition and retention strategies across owned digital channels
- Leverage data to map the B2B customer journey and drive customer acquisition and retention
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement to email campaigns, SMS, and our loyalty programs to delight our customers and meet growth marketing goals
- Partner cross-functionally to build brand-aligned campaigns that complement brand marketing efforts and motivate purchasing behavior from wholesale, retail and DTC customers
- Provide, implement and maintain robust reporting dashboards for consistent analysis and improvement across managed channels
- Proactively analyze key customer insights and make recommendations for optimization based on customer feedback and experience
CRM + Lifecycle Marketing
- Design, develop, and execute innovative initiatives that enhance retention at all stages of the customer lifecycle; devise tailored programming for defined segments to convert customers across inflection points in the digital funnel
- Redesign and implement our loyalty program inclusive of 360 marketing activations which will build profitable, long-term relationships and drive retention and LTV through a strong understanding of our customer behaviors
- Manage external agency partners, setting direction, tracking KPIs, and optimizing their efforts to our goals
- Improve customer experience through management of our segmentation strategy to drive incremental revenue, and consumer engagement, and support e-commerce and brand marketing goals
- Own newsletter calendar management & in-platform execution
- Collaborate closely with the creative team for a cohesive look and feel across our CRM touchpoints
- Leverage an “A/B” testing approach and consistently action on learnings to expand Fur’s reach and customer retention
- Manage vendor relationships towards success, providing actionable feedback and leverage data insights to optimize agency performance and meet revenue goals
What You’ll Bring to the Team:
- 4+ years experience in retention and growth marketing for a beauty, body care, cosmetics, hair care and/or skincare company with retail, wholesale and DTC channels
- 2+ years experience managing external agencies towards success
- Advanced knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo and winning e-commerce strategies; Hubspot a plus
- Excellent data analysis skills; demonstrated experience building and leverage KPI dashboards to drive decision-making
- Strong entrepreneurial and cross-functional ways of working to support growth

Salary: Up to $130,000 + bonus eligible
