About the Team
The mission of creator and affiliate team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platforms and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

Responsibilities
- Proactively identify the needs and pain points in creators' sales experiences, and deliver clear business improvement recommendations. Collaborate with the e-commerce Product, Governance & Experience, and Market teams to reduce creator violations and enhance their sales experience.
- Explore and develop a new creator sales model from scratch. Design operational strategies to increase creators' willingness to share links outside the platform, enabling users to click through and complete purchases on TikTok.
- Improve internal and cross-team communication mechanisms. Identify key business issues and risks, break down critical steps, regularly analyze and review work projects, and align goals with key stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of work experience.
- Sensitive to data with strong data analysis skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in project management, and a resilient team player.
- Adaptable and quick learner with strong structured thinking and a result-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the e-commerce industry, cross-border field, or relevant international experience is preferred.
- A deep understanding of the U.S. Creator ecosystem, with knowledge in creator sales or influencer marketing, is a plus.
- Knowledge of e-commerce governance, experience, and affiliate products is preferred.
-Self-motivated with a proven track record in stakeholder management, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous working environment.
