The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.
This Product Manager will be responsible for building the product strategy roadmap for the creator team on our commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
• Through creator interview and market studies, understand how creators are managing their business and areas for potential improvements.
• Deeply understand the ecology of creators in the US, optimize the recommendation and searching algorithms to achieve more business results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategy and product roadmap, grow the commerce creator community and their ability to drive for GMV.
• Complete ownership of product feature development, from initial requirement management to post-live analysis, drive the best product efficiency and experience.
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of product management experience.
• In-depth understanding of both commerce business and creator ecosystem, knowledge of affiliate product is a plus.
• Solid product management skillset, strong in cross-team communication and collaboration, and ability to capture business pain points and opportunity.
• Bachelor degree is required.
