About the team
Ensuring the safety of our global community is a core value at TikTok. The Business Integrity (BI) team plays a critical role in developing technologies and driving initiatives to mitigate risks in Ads and Commerce and to ensure advertiser quality on the TikTok platform.
Our team is responsible for the integrity and security of TikTok's Monetization business, including advertising, business accounts, and promotion, etc. We handle commercial behaviors for hundreds of millions of consumers and millions of merchants. Based on big data risk control technology and risk decision engine, we combat complex, and varying types of risks. We are responsible for the review experience of advertisers, leveraging big data and smart AI service capabilities. We are committed to creating a safe and reliable platform without barriers, enabling advertisers to succeed.
-Balance commercial revenue and risk control by interpreting, analyzing, and evaluating key risks, emergencies, and potential challenges in business, establishing comprehensive safety solutions to ensure the development of business.
-Build a customer-oriented, end-to-end experience measurement and monitoring system to scan the health of the advertiser experience and identify risks.
-Combine omnichannel customer feedback and satisfaction reports; use data analysis, user feedback, and requirement gathering to proactively and actively discover potential business opportunities and issues, and promote the improvement of key metrics.
-Collaborate deeply with product, data, and technology teams to design and build intelligent risk control experience products, processes, and mechanisms.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-A bachelor's degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Management Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications:
-Preference for those with experience in commercial/advertising risk strategy/risk policy operations;
-preference for those with experience operating under a large-scale customer service system for service and efficiency.
-Strong data analysis capabilities to drive problem identification, attribution, and resolution; capable of strategic formulation for complex issues, strategic thinking, and effective judgment of solution outcomes.
-Excellent cross-team communication abilities
-Effectively coordinate with relevant parties to resolve complex issues and achieve set goals; with strong innovation capabilities, rapid learning ability, curiosity, and self-motivation.
